We always hear about social media and how much of an impact it has rather it is good, bad, and ugly. Marketing, branding, interacting with the general public is important when it comes to business. Unfortunately, we are so guilty of that here at Touch of Ebony and we are learning from our mistakes. We were fully aware that our presence would be needed in order to help do business, but we were focused on creations and production.
