Please read the following information in reference to how returns and exchanges are made here at Touch of Ebony. 

How To Return An Item 

In order to have your return processed

  1. Send an email to info@touchofebony.com 
  2. Include your name, order number and item(s) that you wish to return and the reason for your return.
  3. Wait for instructions to be sent to you via email as to where your returns are to be sent to. 
  4. If we never received an email from you stating that you are requesting a return and we receive a package from you, it will be rejected. We must operate in an orderly fashion here at Touch of Ebony, so please make sure to CONTACT US FIRST, that way we will be expecting your return. 
  5. A return tracking number is issued, which ensures the receipt of an item. Your return shipping cost is covered by us, but you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost as that is paid to the carrier for their services. 

 

Additional Information on Returns

  • Returns are only accepted in the original packaging, unused, and unworn. Your receipt should be placed within the package because it is your proof of purchase. 
  • You have approximately 14 days to return your items and it starts upon the arrival of your package (delivery date). 
  • Returns and refunds will not be accepted or issued after 14 days.
  • Once your item is returned, the process of a refund will begin, however, keep in mind you are not refunded for shipping cost. 
  • If you decide to return your item(s) within the specified time frame, your return shipping cost is covered, but not your original shipping (when the order was shipped to you). 
  • Credits are normally processed back into your bank account or credit card within 10 business days, please make sure to check your accounts to see if the credit appeared. 
  • Once your order has arrived, check your package and if something is wrong with your order, please contact us immediately at info@touchofebony.com 



Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Item(s)

During packaging of items, something can accidentally be missing, or incorrect within your order. It is extremely rare for such an incident to occur, but steps can be made to resolve the problem. If something is missing, incorrect, or damaged; please send a photo and we will get right on it. Send the photo, order number and information to info@touchofebony.com

 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt (your delivery day). However, we recommend that you repurchase the item that you want, while reaching out to us to process your return separately, this allows you time to get the item that you want in case it goes out of stock/sold out. 

 

Canceling of Your Order

If you should decide to cancel your order within the hour of placing it, please contact us at info@touchofebony.com. If it has been longer than an hour and you are still wanting to cancel your order, please follow the return process for your refund. 

Please note: If an item that you ordered happened to be a made-to-order item, such as a mug, t-shirt, hoodie, tote, coaster and etc. do not wait to cancel, quickly cancel the order; because they are made  specifically for you. Thanks.
