Shipping & Delivery
At Touch of Ebony, we ship packages to you using USPS First-Class and USPS Priority Mail with tracking. In the future, you may see additional shipping services used such as UPS, FedEx, and etc.
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and in due time, shipping will be international. After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Shipping Cost
Shipping rates are normally calculated by weight, dimensions, and customer’s location (your address). Once your order is placed, please allow anywhere from 1-4 business days for processing (packing and shipping). Keep in mind that during the holidays, orders take longer to process.
Delivery
There’s no rush or expedited shipping at this time. There will be times that your orders may arrive separately to help speed up delivery times. For example, there are products here on Touch of Ebony that are made-to-order and will need additional shipping time and will come from another location. Made-to-order items such as t-shirts, totes, mugs, hoodies, etc. are made when you order your item(s).
T-shirts require 3-4 business days to process/4-9 business days to deliver.
Mugs require 3-4 business days to process/7-10 business days to deliver.
Coasters require 3-4 business days to process/5-9 business days to deliver.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your purchase. At the time of delivery, please double check your mailbox or your porch for your package. Personally, I have a few spots that my carriers place my packages in or near, that way I know where they can be found. If you haven’t received your package, it could be marked as delivered, but it’s actually at your neighbors, the Post Office or perhaps not delivered yet until the following business day (that has happened to me).
Tracking
Items that have been shipped will receive a tracking number from USPS. Normally, it takes about 24 hours to see movement within their system. I actually use what is called Informed Delivery to know what is being delivered everyday. I am not sure what states offer this service, but if you can get access to it, check it out. If you haven’t received your package, please contact us at info@touchofebony.com.
Currently, we ship only in the USA and we can ship to P.O. Boxes, but the carrier will always be USPS. At this time, our system is not set up to deliver to multiple addresses, so you will have to create separate orders.
